how quaint...

Practically nothing is getting done around my house lately..and I mean Not A Thing. The sun has been out and so have the kids and I. When we return home from our day and the lights go out...I dream... Dream about a quaint space like this kitchen.

The white beadboard cabinetry, the rusty old oversized clock, the booked chalkboard, the flour bin, the wicker basket and the tin bucket with flowers makes this room come together in a symphony that sings to my soul! Oh and don't forget that darling light!

Is it bedtime yet?

  3. Oh I love that kitchen! It is in one of my magazines right now and I just love all of the details in it!! I wish I could find a big old clock {face} like that...I've been thinking of trying to make one since they are so hard to come by!

  6. You have such a beautiful blog! I have been perusing some of your past posts. All fabulous and yummy! I will be using your muffin recipe!

I have a soft spot in my heart for white kitchens. Mine is white and was hand made from boards. All made in my garage!

The kitchen you featured has a warm, delightful feel. I could cook in this kitchen.

Such an enjoyable stop! I'm a new follower!
